CONTRIBUTING CONTRACTOR MEMBER
ANNUAL DUES: $150
A contractor who is signatory to at least one of the local construction trade unions who have a collective bargaining agreements with the Michiana Builders Association (MBA), and said agreement requires monthly contributions to the MACIAF Industry Fund.
MACIAF currently receives contributions through the following area trades:
Bricklayers Local 4 Chapter 18, Carpenters Local 413 & 615, Cement Masons Local 692 Area 101s, Ironworkers Local 292, Laborers Local 645, Operating Engineers Local 150 District 6, Roofers Local 23, and Teamsters Local 364
(Contributing Contractor Members are provided one (1) vote in the business of the Association and are eligible to serve on the Board of Directors.)
AFFILIATE CONTRACTOR MEMBER
ANNUAL DUES: $300
A contractor who is signatory to at least one of the local construction trade unions but not a local who has a collective bargaining agreement with the Michiana Builders Association (MBA), and therefore does not contribute to the MACIAF Industry Fund.
MACIAF does NOT receive contributions through the following area trades:
ElectricalWorkers Local 153, Elevator Constructors Local 44, Glaziers, Local 1165, Insulators Local 75, Painters Local 1118, Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 172, Sprinkler UA Local 669
(Affiliate Contractor Members maintain no voting or representation rights)
MATERIAL SUPPLIER MEMBER
ANNUAL DUES: $300
Any person or company doing business in the area as a supplier of material used in the construction industry.
(Material Supplier Members are provided one (1) vote in the business of the Association and are elgiible to serve on the Board of Directors)
ASSOCIATE MEMBER
ANNUAL DUES: $300
Any architect, engineer, consultant, manufacturer, representative, insurance company, financial institution, governmental agency, law firm (or other similar company) actively engaged with area contractors, or in the area construction industry.
(Associate Members maintain no voting or representation rights)
