FORMAT - The outing will be played in a scramble format. In a scramble competition each golfer tees off on each hole, the
best of the tee shots is selected and all golfers play their second shot from that spot. The best of the second shot is determined,
then all play their third shot from that spot, and so on until the ball is holed. In the fairway, all balls should be placed within one
club length of the chosen spot, not nearer the hole. Putts need to be made within 4” of the chosen spot, not nearer the hole. In
the event the ball you choose to play is in a hazard, the rough, or out of bounds, you cannot drop a ball outside of the hazard or
rough even if it is within one club length. There is no limit to the number of times any one player’s shot may be used.
TEAMS WITH LESS THAN FOUR PLAYERS - Threesomes are permitted to take a fourth shot on a rotating basis from each
ball location, so one player will be hitting twice from each spot. The player hitting two shots cannot do so consecutively. The
rotation should be set at the beginning of the round and remain the same for all 18 holes. Only the first shot for the designated
player is eligible to win any contests.
PACE OF PLAY - Bogey is the maximum team score on any hole. If your team misses your shot for par, pick-up and move on to
the next tee.
MULLIGANS - Will be for sale for sale for $3 each, with a maximum of 2 per player or 8 per team. Shots taken with a mulligan
are not eligible to win any of the contest holes.
CONTEST HOLES - Hole-in-One contest holes are located on hole #2 ($10,000 Cash), #9 (Mizuno Irons-Full Set), #11 (Two
Round Trip Airline Tickets), and #14 (Premium Electronics Package). Other contests are the Closest to the Pin on hole #3,
Longest Putt on hole #9, and Longest Drive on hole #15.
PRIZES - Will be awarded to the 1st ($200), 2nd ($160) and 3rd ($120) place teams, as well as a cash prize of $50 to the
winners of the longest drive, longest putt, and closest to the pin contests.
DOOR PRIZES - Each player will receive one raffle ticket during registration for the door prize drawing. The drawing will take
place during the awards luncheon. Must be present to win.
50/50 RAFFLE - Raffle tickets will be for sale for 5 for $5 or 15 for $10. The drawing will take place during the awards luncheon.
Must be present to win.
